This describes the 8 components to consider when starting a flexible workspace business. A critical component to consider is whether or not this is the right industry for you. We work with you to determine this and protect your investment. This video also features case studies of the types of clients we partner with to deliver the space: entrepreneurs (tenants), building owners and developers.
Next, you’ll see our initial set of BRIEF interviews with an array of professionals in the real estate realm: Patrick Clay with ARCO Murray Design/Build, Ginna Ryan of Mauge Creative Agency and Steve Whittington of LifeWorking Coworking in Lake Forest, Illinois.
